Coastal Mobile Medical has a membership model that is a great way to have dedicated one on one health care with direct access to your provider.
They offer Primary Care for adults which is $65/month/individual or $120 for a couple. This includes all of our primary care services, unlimited urgent care and 10% discount for any other services. You can add a child on for just $10 a month per child and that will include unlimited urgent care.
Coastal Mobile Medical also offers Urgent Care memberships, which are primarily used for children but can be for adults as well. This is $55 per month per individual for unlimited urgent care and similarly to the Primary Care option you can add any additional child on for $10 per month per child.
