Ingredients2/3 cup hot pepper sauceยฝ cup cold unsalted butter1ยฝ teaspoon white vinegar1/3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceยผ teaspoon cayenne pepper1/8 teaspoon garlic powderSalt to tasteDirectionsMelt the butter first and whisk in a little flour to make a roux. Stir constantly until it thickens to your desired consistency. Add the hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk and set aside.

Recipe: Chicken rotini paired with Nunn's zoodles
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. โ On the April 18th edition of Culinary Nunnsense, we pair a chicken rotini dish with some of Richard Nunn's zoodles we demonstrated the previous week. Slice thick chicken breasts width ways from the thick end to the pointy end to make two breast. Using a cutting board, plastic wrap or parchment paper to cover chicken breast and begin pounding with a frying pan or meat tenderizer. Add a spoonful or the stuffing to the now thin breasts, closer to the thick end of the breast. Using both hands, roll the chicken over the stuffing and continue to the pointed end of the breast.

Add the raw meat or vegetable; stir-fry until crisp-tender for vegetables or lightly browned for meat, about 1 minute.
