Cedar is the man of your dreams!
The 11-month-old pup is very playful, friendly and will take any opportunity to be loved and snuggled.
He absolutely loves meeting new people and new dogs and would do well in a home with another pup.
Cedar was born with a condition called megaesophagus which is when his esophagus loses the ability to move food down to his stomach, so he eats on a special step stool for comfort and needs medication that costs about $40 a month.
This special little boy got a second chance at life and is looking for just the right adopter.
