Sixteen rowers from the JU Women’s Rowing Team (D1) are traveling to Europe to participate in the Women’s Henley Regatta on the Thames River! It’s a very prestigious race. The ladies will spend 6 days training in Amsterdam, then head to England to row. It’s the first international endeavor for the team in nearly 3 decades.
The team is asking for support from alums and the community at large to help bring this trip to fruition. Rance rolled out their training facility as the team preps for their conference championship and the amazing Euro Trip experience in mid-June. www.ju.edu
