Pouring Grace and Bubbles is the first mini pancake bar catering service in Jacksonville, and it’s taking the 904 by storm.
Owner and operator Kelly Punancy says they started in mobile beverage catering with a champagne cart -- and realized the best pairing for mimosas was mini pancakes.
“We do all events. This is great for weddings. This is great for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays. It goes with everything and every event,” Punancy said.
Jana first spotted the party pancakes at an event and enjoyed the concept of customizing the menu with toppings and specialty pancakes.
Punancy said the Oreo crumble and churro pancakes are their most requested options.
There’s a list of 20 toppings and you can choose up to 12 when you book. And Punancy said she’ll decorate her cart to match your party theme.
